Terms, Conditions and Policies

Medical Weight Loss

  • $75 Non-refundable fee for initial consult, this will be applied and deducted to your initial subscription. 

  • $399 monthly subscription for semaglutide and $499 monthly subscription for tirzepatide that includes consultation, follow-ups, semaglutide medication, supplies and shipping.

  • No refund or no exchange policy. 

Mobile IV Therapy

  • $50 non refundable booking fee is required.

  • Remaining balance will be collected after the treatment.

  • Once booking confirmation is received, a medical provider will call you via HIPPA secured line for assessment prior to your IV infusion.

  • Portal and consents registration is required prior to your treatment.

  • No refund or no exchange policy. 

Prescription Vitamins​

  • After purchase, a medical provider will call you and in the event that the medication is not appropriate for you, a full refund will be given back.
